I know in my life I have challenges everyday not to criticize everything I do and let negative thoughts control my life. I'm not perfect; I'm anything but. But I'm trying to be better and as long as I know I'm trying to be better; I know somebody I will get to where I want to be. You are not alone when it comes to judging yourself harshly or when negative doubts fill your mind. You are never alone. The Lord is always there willing to catch you when you fall, encourage you forever, and comfort you when your heart breaks. He sees the great Being you are becoming.
